One day, we found a vendor who sold Chinese pancakes. Traditionally, you eat them with meat or some sort of Chinese vegetables, but this guy had peanut butter and chocolate and could make sweet pancakes, so we ordered some.
Here's a website for the actual process for making these, and I took photos of him preparing our snack, so hopefully, between the instructions and the photos, you'll be able to make your own. :)
He used this, and I don't know what else, for a pancake mixture.
