This is a photo of the women in our home church that we called Little Church.
Front: Christine, Elise, Chrissie
Back: Shirley Anne, Lisa, Yoshie, Kris, me, Becky, and Cara Grace
(Cara Grace was tickling me in this photo)
A few Friday nights ago, I hosted a Game Night for students at my house as a fun way of celebrating the end of the school year.
These are my "babies" that I've adopted b/c I've gotten to know them very well over these past 2 years: Kevin (Robin Hood), Amanda (Merry Man) and Nicole (Maid Marian).
I've had them all for drama classes.
AND, I think there's a little something-something going on with Robin and Maid Marian...! ;)
Last Sunday afternoon, Eric and I went bowling at a mall in Jakarta with some of his graduating students that he's close to. They're very sweet! Most of them had never bowled before, and some whooped Eric. That was fun to watch! :-P
These are my future English 10 kiddos. :)
These kids will be my Drama 9 class for next year. I just had most of them for Drama 8, and I'll have them for drama for the next 2 years. Yay!
(I've told them many times that they're the happiest kids I have, but they're also the LOUDEST kids I have. Unfortunately, that just made them happier and louder...)
These are my precious 9th grade girls who are leaving next year: Sara, Nicole and Miami. :'(
These are my future Drama 8 kiddos.
These are some of my future 7th graders for next year: Vanessa, Graciela, Grace.
So sweet!
Brian, Rio, Joshua, and Nick
Vanesha, Josephine, Audrey (whose last name is Chrysler), and Kim
Rinaka
Haha! I found this under a desk after some students left class. :-P
My 7th graders were CRANKED to the max this morning! Gotta love end-of-the-year adrenaline!
They sang this for 15 minutes this morning. (I have yet to hunt down the teacher that taught them "John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt"...)
Can you tell they're excited? :-D
I don't anticipate having any more time to post again before I leave tomorrow night for the U.S. There's a chance I might have some time in the Hong Kong airport, but if not, then you'll see a new post from me at the end of July on here, when I've returned to Indonesia.
:)
